All meetings are held at the Rosefield Elementary Charter School located at 12050 N. Bullard Ave (southwest corner of Bullard and Cactus). Most meetings will be in the cafeteria, however, from time to time, we may be in the music or media room. Please look for a sign at the cafeteria entrance. Closed session meetings are held for board members only at 6:00 PM. Open session meetings are held at 7:00 PM. All homeowners are invited and welcome to attend the open session meeting. We hope to see you there.

Rancho Gabriela, located in Surprise Arizona, will consist of 2225 homes when buildout is complete. There are currently 2119 homes closed. The community has 7 parks and 65 acres of landscaped common areas.

Our community is governed by the Board of Directors of Rancho Gabriela Homeowners Association.
