Rancho Gabriela is a community of 2,225 lots, located in Surprise Arizona. The community has 7 parks and approximately 65 areas of landscaped common area that is maintained by the association.
Our community is governed by the Board of Directors of Rancho Gabriela Homeowners Association.

Upcoming HOA Board Meetings:

All meetings are held at the Rosefield Elementary Charter School located at 12050 N. Bullard Ave (southwest corner of Bullard and Cactus). Most meetings will be in the cafeteria, however, from time to time, we may be in the music or media room. Please look for a sign at the cafeteria entrance. Closed session meetings are held for board members only at 6:00 PM. Open session meetings are held at 7:00 PM. All homeowners are invited and welcome to attend the open session meeting. We hope to see you there.
